Dan Hertz is a USPAP-compliant fine wine appraiser, consultant and educator providing valuation, acquisition and collections management services for high net worth individuals and the trade.
A noted wine and spirits columnist, the former sommelier has written more than 150 articles, syndicated an international wine and spirits column, co-authored a celebrity cookbook, judged internationally, and presented more than 50 classes, seminars and guided tastings.
Currently, Dan is developing the fine wine exam for the Appraisers Association of America; and spearheads “The Fine Wine Report”: providing valuation insights into the premium wine and spirits markets.
